- Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-4 days. Please note personalized items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 999. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, Email and SMS, once the order is shipped.
- In case you’re ordering other items along with personalized, your order might arrive in parts.
- Returns
- No Return and Refund Policy .
- Returns are only accepted for damaged products, and in order to proceed with the request we will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
- Keep all items (Including the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: #3rd floor, Navrathan Jewellers,120, 12th Cross Rd, West of Chord Road 2nd Stage, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560086.
- Please be sure that all damaged items that are to be exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original invoice and packaging intact.
- No exchange can be made if the invoice is missing from the product.
- PLEASE NOTE: Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the invoice for us to process the exchange. Items that are damaged by customer or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please provide us with a uninterrupted video of un-boxing exactly how it was delivered.
- Email us at care@airabynavrathan.com or Whatsapp us +91 9035454683 with images of the products with packaging and invoice. We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Once we approve the return, we will schedule the exchange.
- Products retuned in damaged or used condition will not be exchanged.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.
- Kindly give us one week to generate exchange.
- After 3 failed attempts by our delivery partner to deliver the product, we to inform that we won’t be able to refund.
- Please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post and reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 100) incurred by you for processing such returns.
